For my first international destination wedding, I think it went off pretty smoothly! The venue changed, accommodations shifted, and clothes got lost in the world of Delta, but we all made it and in the end Elise & Evan's wedding day was perfect!

I spent part of a Sunday afternoon walking around the farm with Natasha and Matt; we had such a good time, and they were willing to trust me in moments like this one- where I said okay, hang out there and pointed my camera across an icy muddy pool of water... I saw the sky and their silhouettes against the melting ice that looked like they were floating, suspended in the moment...
This detail shot is one of my favorites- hands, cuffs, cufflinks... you put SO much thought into every detail of your day, it becomes a visual feast for me, and I love it! I took this at my first wedding in San Miguel de Allende, in Mexico (I hope to photograph many more weddings there).
